Well, today is September 30th and I still have problems with the truck, and go almost two weeks and no one has yet While it could tell me what is wrong with the truck. The good thing is that we have arranged so that there are no many more things to fix.
This article is just to put up with what's going on but then I'll post a better one with a few photos I've taken.
John left last Thursday when we Gatienau, I came for the brother from Montreal and I stayed at the home of Diego and Natalia with her three children toy grabbed me again and not only the three guiris Diego and Natalia but I have to cook than jijijijij babysitter.
Thank god I are holding it with one thing and another a week ago and I'm camping in the living room of his house. Hopefully tomorrow the truck leaves the shop, because after changing the carburetor continued to give problems so now they are going to get the fuel tank and will clean, hoping that it is the problem.
I hope to have more news tomorrow to continue the trip but will continue testing the patience to Diego and his family. I write soon
and put it up to date with all the details
Thanks for reading

Xd Rims For Chevy Silverado
And here I came back with more stories ....
I left the house Pigeon Lake Crystal and Earl with the idea of \u200b\u200bgoing to visit Shawn and Samara in Calgary but since I can communicate with them, I decided to spend the night parked in a Wal-Mart to begin the journey across Canada, I thought for a moment to make a few more miles that day but as it was raining and I was tired so I decided to fuck and go to sleep early the next morning heading to Winnipeg where he had made contact with a madman wanted to go to Montreal con su perra, así yo tenía con quien conversar al menos por gran parte del viaje porque la idea es ir derecho a New Foundland para después empezar a volver al oeste despacio y viajando como es mi estilo tomando mi tiempo y haciendo lo que quiero cuando quiero y como quiero (obvio que como siempre en el lado gratis de la vida jijiji), porque tengo que volver a Inuvik el 24 de Octubre y de esta forma si no termino de recorrer todas las provincias al menos voy a estar más cerca y será más fácil volver manejando rápido para tomar el vuelo además el 23 de Octubre con los Leos de Edmonton vamos a tener un día dedicado a la comida en donde pensamos recorrer la ciudad buscado buenos lugares para comer, pero ya les contare cuando llegue el big day has been dubbed "eat until you drop!" jijijiji
So the next morning I woke up and after buying some food left for Winnipeg in the rain because it happens not only rained all night but it rained all morning and much of the afternoon. In addition to rain is the fact that from Calgary to Winnipeg is the famous plains as the name implies are flat, so the path is super boring, right and broomstick and it seems like you do not move it because everything is same. By mid-afternoon and after several hours I became drowsy driving so stop and slept a good nap in two short hours that let me cool as a cucumber and so I went back to the path. After several hours I decided it would not come to Winnipeg because there were still about 400 km and Brandon ending in a city 200 km from Winnipeg. What if we have to highlight this day of rain is once again saw the Aurora Borealis, very big and bright green as I saw in Inuvik what seemed much more distant. Just could not take pictures because my camera captures it but keep trying to see if I can capture in a photo for you
The next morning before going to lift John and Joyce (bitch) I met Bill which is a representative of machinery for bakeries because before leaving Inuvik Debbie tasked me to find the equipment I want for when I return in the winter so I can knead bread and produce more. I party because Bill invited me for lunch and then took me to a locker where I found a pizza hornitos are just what they need in Inuvik and will try to find a mixer not too big to knead bread.
And after my brief business meeting with Bill, I went up to John to be a gun case, backpacking trip from Montreal to Winnipeg with her dog, which took him 5 days and not knowing anyone or anything to do in Winnipeg playing his guitar on the street, he met people who let you live in home and gave him to make some money and live. As soon as you get home I asked him to hit me a bath that I needed and that they did not know and was not home but after a good shower knew he would have time on the road to get there. The best has been the talks that we send on the road, too bad you do not have book to handle because it means I have to handle and will only companion I had the illusion of having a break from the wheel ... .. but at least it company.
John and Joyce lunch, fresh from Winnipeg
The first day we arrived in Thunder Bay which is where the memorial statue of Terry Fox (as I mentioned when I was on Vancouver Island at Mile 0 of the route through Canada) but for various reasons not worth explaining we walk because we Thunder Bay nomas and we came with the tank almost empty and even a couple of times the truck and hint to go out and we were the walking several miles on the road to find fuel, the worst thing is that these days has been pretty cold. But snapped out of it, we carry fuel Thunder Bay, we found a Wal-Mart and spend the night alone.

Terrance Stanley Fox, July 28, 1958 - June 28, 1981
Terry inspired the nation with his dream ñ or - the marathon for hope - a marathon across Canada to raise funds for cancer research.
Coquitalm This brave young man, British Columbia. Concio well the fury of cancer ... because at 18 ñ-old had lost his right leg because of it. And in his memory was the memory of pain and suffering on the faces cancer.Determinado other victims not to leave this "world of miracles" before a cure for cancer was found, planned the marathon of 5300 miles.
have hit the Atlantic with his foot, began his journey in St. John, Newfoundland on April 12, 1980.
Running 26 miles a day, this remarkable young athlete had won five provinces at Ontario.En June when I was at mile number 3339, near this place (where the plate) cancer struck again and had to leave running.
"It feels good to give," he told the people of Ontario who responded from the heart of his courage and his dream not. And through their perseverance against all adversity inspir inmenzo or a sense of national pride or raised $ 24 million dollars for the investigation of c to cancer.
The people of Ontario, Terry gave us or much pride to have known him and having briefly shared their dream not.
And every Canadian. left us to a challenge, a challenge that each faces its own way.
Terry Fox Monument in Thunder Bay
While recovering from cancer, Terry Fox went for a run across Canada in 1980 to raise money for cancer research. Despite having lost his right leg because of illness, this particular athlete ran 5373 km - almost a marathon a day for 143 days - before being forced to stop east of this place in the community when the cancer returned Shuniah . His "Marathon of Hope" captivated Canadians with his frank humanity, transformed our vocabulary about personal courage and revolutionized the way to raise money. To date, hundreds of millions of dollars have been collected by Fox and in his name that of all those who suffer from cancer in the world. The heroic and tragic nature of how they had to interrupt his run, Terry Fox have made a lasting Canadian icon.
A quick breakfast the next morning and gave the path again, we were pretty good with the wind on the shirt until after about 600 miles the truck began to threaten to want the buck off and we went out nomas but I was sure we had fuel that, check the oil and water in the radiator and saw that the oil was low average but nothing special, light it and lit tested as well, so we drove on ....
After several more miles, we saw a bear in the road and as we were driving down a road that has not stopped traffic and we got to take some photos but as the sun is in front could not get a good picture and when we wanted to we agree well away from the truck and very close to the bear, until when we finally got to a place where I could have gotten a good picture, but when the bear was focusing noticed our presence and stared at us, and that both said good and although we will try to photograph the bear could not aim well not be able to get a close, but as you can see I could take some away and although only see a black smudge in the distance I guarantee we were pretty close (not so much to us to run danger.)

the Bear we saw on the road
Bear Photos on Route 11
And so on the trip but after Bear a few kms after and about 50 km from the van turned off for the first time we again began to choke and not wanting to accelerate more than 65 km per hour but after a few minutes at this speed and that is We went out and there was no case and we as 150 km, every 30 or 40 km we put out, but after 2 minutes waiting beside the road to turn back without problems, there was no strange noise, the tank was full and did nothing unusual or by turning or walking over the stretch. Until it was too stupid and started coming every 10 km and that evening we decided to stop at a rest area along the route. As early middle we still watch a movie in the van and went to sleep as calm again waiting for the next morning everything back to normal because neither knows much about mechanics, I thought it was the carburetor or fuel pump but know that was half the fart because I do not know how to fix any of both jjijijij.
What I can not forget to tell you is that the power failure and blackout of the truck went through several villages but as always returned to turn the truck did not stop in any but there were two that caught our attention, was first Kapuskasing (by now we are in Ontario) where the cemetery is at the entrance of the village has many tombs lit with colored lights, there are many for each headstone but the cluster seems to be Christmas or Halloween and Jhon looked at and said the truck had better not think of themselves off now because that was bizarre. Thank god to the truck became frightened and decided to continue without problems for a few more miles where we passed through another village called Moonbeam (moonbeam) where he had a UFO by the sign of the people and while it was dark and there was not much in the lineup of people had a Martian very nice welcoming. We enjoy ourselves a little time talking about why the UFO and whether it was true or not, and until we thought that the cemetery in Kapuskasing was the airport for jijijiji spacecraft.
But back to the real problem of the road, the pickup artist and off when wanted. The next morning we woke up and went to try his luck but without much success because at 50 kms back, we choked the truck, then hold no more to call Cody to see that he thought could be the problem because it might be something I could fix it, so Cody poor play to receive a call August 30 am Sunday, but very nice as always told me what he thought could be the problem, diagnosis, given the high humidity in the air and low temperatures could be that it was freezing because of the carburetor air inlet . Possible solution: Disconnect the air intake on the front of the truck and serious air entering air warmer.
Obviously with all the illusions we tested the solution Cody but without much result, but even in high spirits with the thought that maybe I had so much ice it would cost a couple of times before really work so we stopped for breakfast a rich oatmeal and after a good break in which we expected the famous ice had melted resume their march, but again after 30 kms of the route is off us again, at this point we were very close to Cochrane is a town over the side of Route 11 which is where we were driving. But as we start again trip again, for after 20 kms we turned off but with the news that this time would not turn back, wait 2 minutes, nothing, 5 minutes, nothing, nothing 10 min. Another call to Cody to see that but knowing he thought I was going to have to go to a mechanic in the area and say it was honest and knew what he was doing. We call for roadside assistance and hour or so the crane came, thank god I still had 2 calls free of the crane so until then we were fine. Once back in the Cochrane Crane also has a garage mechanic told us that on Sunday but did not work the next morning they would try to help, but doubts are set to see what could be the problem, discard the possibility of an electrical problem and said they would try to change the fuel filter and if that did not work might be the fuel pump.
The truck climbing the crane
happy because at least did not have to manage for a while jijijij
Detail, at this point just was 2 pm and we had all afternoon to kill, so we went for a walk around where we took a Cochrane photos just for fun but 1 hours we toured the whole town and back to the truck.
We read, sleep, cook, talk, get bored, read a little more, get bored same, cook again and finally came the night, the two re glad that we learned through the day without doing much and after a delicious dinner of macaroni cheese looked at other movie that we had found an outlet outside the garage where the battery charge computed.

Cochrane The next morning, we woke up at 9 because when we look out at 8 there was no one in the workshop. And after a while of being outside the mechanics arrived and told us they had already sent for replacement parts and that as soon as the work began to bring the truck. Meanwhile, we did some pancakes with peaches in syrup were re pacifier.
After 2 hours of waiting I return flights with spare parts to the truck finally hear roar !!!!! That joy, music to my ears, but I was crying crocodiles in their pockets wondering what I was going to cost, so you imagine my delight when I said were only $ 150 for all parts and labor, I'd jump on one leg, the truck was fixed, we would be able to continue the journey and not cost as much as I weighed because I was expecting at least 400 or $ 500 easy .
The van in the studio of Cochrane
fuel pump
Stefan working on the truck
to thank everyone the workshop, and especially Stefan was the one who did all the work and charging me only an hour's work when he was more than that, we left back to the path in order to get to Montreal that night at John's house where we thought sleep in the house ourselves a good shower because I do not know if they have the account but since we left Winnipeg and we do not bathe the van between the smell of dog and ours that is getting worse day by day is getting thick jjijijij, and eat something more forceful than we have been eating so far.
But I have noticed that I started talking in a figurative because we did not do 300 miles when again, the same problem, we turned off the truck without notice, and went back and we start again off, and hopefully at the end we did 10 km between blackout and power failure. But when after the first blackout stopped at a village and ask for help in a garage, the mechanic tells me quiet, I like 20 years since I played a carburetor and tell me what the problem is that, so it is best Norht Bay to reach there and hopefully find someone who knows what to fix, and as I said it took his coffee and scratching his belly .... We had no say thank you and try to make the 90 km left to reach us Norht Bay that although we did took us about 1 hour and a half. We
to North Bay at Canadian Tire right at 5 pm, but the mechanics of Canadian Tire are open office, 8 to 5 with an hour for lunch. So we signed up for the next morning but that meant we had to spend another night in the parking stand.
At least this time it was already 5 and 8 in the morning we were going to try to help. Another cooked in a parking lot, read a while and then find an outlet in the parking lot to load the computer and watch another movie.
The next morning we got up in the rain, thank goodness that people were re Macanudos Canadian Tire and get left John Joyce to the waiting room to avoid getting wet. I stopped into the shop (because for security reasons not always let you) and there I told the story of Richard problems, the good that Richard told me that he knew anything about carburetors and carburetor adjusted some apparently has a loss but nothing serious and he expects that we put a product is fixed, also changed the distributor cap and a neck do not know what it was but it showed me was burned. Check the spark plugs and took the truck to the road to test to see if the mad again but did not. And as there was nothing unusual and I said that if he proved to have the same problem would have to think about getting the fuel tank and see if it was clean was the last thing I could think that was wrong with the truck.
And the spirits revived again left with John to the road, hoping to finally have everything ready and arrive at their destination and keep traveling. The only thing that bothers me about all this waste of time is that I have to go back to Edmonton before 23 October but did not heat up even a little because I knew that sooner or later the van was going to break or something would happen , is part of the trip .... And John is heated less than me yet because first he is not paying anything jijiji and second in no hurry to return to Montreal. So after another $ 200 we travel.
The first 100 km, every little strange I thought the same thing would happen again but each time the engine was better and even went so I had the luxury of thinking that maybe this time the problem was solved and it would to continue the journey. And now, the engine goes luxury, a little clock! But after 150 km of route the truck suddenly began to vibrate like crazy and stop at roadside, and nothing looks under the covers were all inflated so we went and went again, but did not make 5 meters and other vibration time, I thought maybe the wheel was loose I tried all and nothing and nothing again under review. I turn up and do 2 or vibration meter was there, but when I put the truck in exchange for parking did not fall, and after a couple of attempts to enter but I felt a hit under the truck and said ohhhh no, I broke the transmission, and some other little words you can imagine I can not blogging.
me down, looked under the truck and there was a piece of the SUV touching the ground and that my dear friends but not much about mechanics as I have found is not good. So after several attempts to call the phone support (my last call for free until March next year) because there was not much coverage for the cell and after waiting half an hour and get the help, the good news was that the tow truck driver said he felt that what was hanging was the crankshaft and not the transmission and that it was not much of a problem to fix. I think that's what I said in English because English is a drive shaft, is what it takes to move to the back wheels (for the connoisseurs).
And ta again the truck on the lift and went to Deep River but when we stopped at the Canadian Tire in the city we had nothing available until Friday, Percy luckily the driver of the crane was re nice person and told us that we asked before lowering the truck, so we went back and asked Him ride to Pembroke were another 60 km, the detail that he did not know how to get to Canadian Tire of Pembroke and I grabbed my GPS and went to there. Thank goodness I have more gold in the help desk because I tow 200km in any direction I want without cost because after that are $ 3 per mile.
Climbing the truck to carry
That said in the cab of the crane (Your bed is my bed) and we could not Percy know that meant because he was the driver told us it was not his truck and did not know what it meant anyone has any idea??
New driver in the truck, it might be better than me
We arrived at Pembroke at about 4 pm but had no time for us, not the poor mechanics have to work More than 5 pm but they had no parts they needed. At least I looked the truck and decided to order the parts for bonding front and rear of the crankshaft (I hope I'm saying the proper name of party) and the rear is still good but has wear and change it now better to wait leave me lying on the road in a few kms.
And again camping in the Canadian Tire parking lot this time in Pembroke. But the issue could not be ignored but it was the theme shower, the smell coming out of the van was indescribable and not take it anymore. So I went out with my towel and soaps and I went into the bathroom of Canadian Tire and I hit a dip polish (for the uninitiated, is a type of bath which attacks parts of the body fragrant LOL) and got clean clothes I left refreshed and pleased with myself for being camaraderie. Or at least cleaner than before, John was cleaned a little but has no more clean clothes did not have much effect but you had to attack the problem the odor in the van so we went to Wal-Mart and buy a air freshener and sprayed it all, now if we smell rich and the truck smells like citrus potpourri!! Jjijijij
Another movie night and we were asleep at 10 because it was raining and there was nothing else to do.
The next morning we woke up and went to see what potential there was to fix the truck that day but they said they were looking for the parts we needed and did not know how they would take, so I am going to pass ask every hour hoping to hear but it was the morning we and nothing. That's when I decided to take matters into my hands and started calling everyone I know and I could help to expand your search. So Cody, Debbie, Diego and acquaintances of these people also began searching as soon as I'm the Canadian Tire found a part that could be made to work, but after 2 hours of waiting turned out that no, that did not fit but at the same time On the other hand had found somewhere in Canada but not coming until tomorrow or maybe hopefully after tomorrow so we will camp at the Canadian Tire Pembroke until we can move on.

Doctor's Welcome Letters
And I was in Inuvik last week ... but not without the usual "was important and new to tell ...
First as already told you, I finally saw the famous Aurora Borealis, then I did several walks, walked in a boat, playing squash and work very little jijiji.
Well, I have to explain how things work in the coffee and understand when I refer to different people. Debbie is my boss (though I ordered it), and handling the coffee. Debbie is super nice person, always cheerful and willingly, was also the one I paid the airfares and sent me the truck to Edmonton as long as I stayed a week and could be organized as works 7 days a week 15 hours per day, because it also helps Moe with his other businesses. After this Moe, that is has a stationery store in the same building where the coffee, Moe is the one with the silver, she owns the local coffee and stationery as well as several others, so at the end of the day everything is up to Moe. The catch is that Moe has a very special character and usually does not like anyone, but do not despair that I love the poor had no choice but to love me, I think I have another Canadian jjijijij grandmother.
also work in coffee Elizabeth (Liz), Scott, Andrea, Khandro, Kathleen and Crystal, they in the front at least for now and in the kitchen are GB, Ruby (which are from the Philippines), Diane, Janet (who is a veteran and no one holds that are about to take) and me.
Besides coffee people are paramedics, Jordan who lives with me, Andrew and Corinne are the other two and the head of Abdullah called them but I have not known for is on vacation. The thing to understand is that Jordan does not take all with Corina, and Andrew walked not fought a few days when I first came but went well when I left.
Then there is Roger, is the alcohol gel, which is a Civil Engineer and spent studying and going to the gym and two of three listed at home.
Other characters are Joey and Sebastian, they also were among the first I knew, Joey is a cook at the hotel and Sebastian is a waiter in the hotel, Sebastian is the one that went fishing.
Other people I know are nurses in a health center are Constance, Simone (which as far as I began to go out with Jordan, but lack confirmation), Cathro and Sylvie. funny thing is that when you get the three paramedics spent talking about the nurses but the issue is with the hospital, those who work in the health center have no problems.
hope over time to take pictures so they can put faces to names but for now at least you can guide where I talk about people.
Jordan and Cat on Lake Chall
fishing on Lake Jordan Chall
Catch of the Day
We had the great idea to swim in Lake Chall looking decoys who were locked up in the rocks but all I did was to die of cold, just have fun for a while
So in my last few days, convinced that Moe took me for a ride Jan l river in one of their boats, and there we went to Moe, Laura (a friend of moe), Cat and Sylvie by Mackenzie River heading north where we were going to climb a hill to see the Mackenzie River Delta that I was told is one of the largest in the world (when not covered with snow and ice). After 45 minutes up the river, where we saw several rafts that trade in the various reserves that are farther north, and many boats with people hunting elk, we reached our destination. Our destination was a hill from which we obtained a good view of the Delta and also collected many wild berries (this time I wrote it LOL). The funny thing was that Cat, Sylvie and I climbed a hill first with intentions to raise one more distant to which Moe and Laura headed for entry, but for various terms up the more difficult the more difficult and when we got to the top we see that Moe and Laura were almost on top of each other, but the good news was when we crossed a few shrubs could get to where Moe and Laura were without raising too, so I could take some pictures pretty cute, the thing is that my camera battery was running out but at this point my truck was not in Inuvik and had no charger so I could not take lots of pictures of the trip.

Back from the hike, we ate some brownies that Debbie had prepared and we headed to Inuvik before dark, also was getting quite cold and the boat trip was long but half survived. The interesting thing was the return trip we saw what we here call "sun dog" which is a circular shaped rainbow which apparently means that the climate will change.
Very well deserved picnic after the walk, I go play me at the front because there was no room was cold!!
On the return trip
next day after work, went by ambulance to Cat and to the airport Sylvie because they wanted to walk back to town and I was bored as me join. The trip is 11 km and we did it in a little over 2 hours, the most fun was that Cat had tried it once and gave up after walking 3 hours without even being able to see the airport as well so you can imagine how slow walk jjijijij.
Cat and I, returning from the airport to Inuvik
Sylvie and I arrived in Inuvik after 11 km of walking, imagine what they want with regard to water bottles, The best comment wins a prize jijiji
The detail is that no sooner had we arrived from the walk I went to play squash with Crystal is one that works in the Café and had told me is very good player, I have to admit playing well mostly because I lost the 4 games we play, 9-2, 9-4, 9-7, 10-8, so I know that I can win if I am not so tired because I now know how to play but I know I'll also lose several games but at least it's a worthy opponent. And meanwhile I'll see if we teach them to play Jordan, Andrew and Cat, so I can beat them and keep the ego intact jjijijij.
The idea was to finish the day early and set the bag for my return to Edmonton, but as they are the things in life end up eating homemade cannelloni at home and talking to 4-something in the morning when I could finally take home and sleep half an hour before going to work, luckily Debbie is a genius and it did not work much on Friday because the truth I was in another completely. Apart from that I hurt all the bones and most of the muscles as much exercise in the previous days.
After another short nap after work, assemble the bag and left in an ambulance to the airport, which caught my attention because it has no security, and most people do not even show his identification because know they are attending. Flew to Inuvik Norman Wells, another Indian reservation (I think) and more people wake up. Our next destination was Yellowknife where we had to get down and go through security before flying to Edmonton where I was waiting for Danny and Mira (leos of Edmonton) and then went to eat Chinese food.
China Food After almost could not finish, went to have a "Bubble Tea" which is fruit smoothie or iced tea with cubes of gelatin or tapioca pearls, it is difficult to explain but is very rich.
and finish the night in Bonita playing Wii ....
The next day I headed north to Alberta to visit an acquaintance, but still told me not to use the Route 88 and I gave all indications of how to go, you can imagine driving end of Route 88 The which is why I recommended not to use that route is because they are 170 km of ballast and as a week ago it was raining was very slippery, while the truck was going from side to side road and more than one occasion I nearly go to the shoulder, luckily I did not stay lockout because the way I saw about 15 bears and did not see many cars so if I had lockout would have to wait and see if someone could help me, but finally reaches its destination. Margo lives in La Crete which is a Mennonite colony, although it is not Mennonite, and we toured the city that is very nice and neat, and is also full of churches. On Sunday we went to the church he belongs and Margo caught my attention the fact that there is a pastor or preacher so among parishioners lead the service and are seeking pastors or preachers of other churches to come and participate in service, it was interesting mostly because I like 6 years ago would not mass.
On Monday I returned to Edmonton and visit people in Cobs (bakery where I worked for 18 months before the trip), and on Tuesday I went to Cody, which is the official trip to fix the loss of steering fluid, and the lantern was left burning, but the way we found it had a loss in the radiator so it will also fix that. Big Cody !!!!!!!
and pass Tuesday in Crystal and Earl in Pigeon Lake, where finally the van clean inside and out and now I am about to go quickly to New Newfoundland which is further east than I go in Canada then start my journey back to the west and if I do not go all the time, I will be closer to return to Edmonton to take the plane to return to Inuvik ....
So for the next 5 days I will not do much more than driving, but as it arrives at New Newfoundland and I put them up there again begin travel adventures and more ....
